I told him I was down and out and that I needed some help! He gave me all the help I needed in only one session! I could hardly breathe, it was very restricted... but with his beautiful work and his amazing techniques he was able to get my heart pumping, my lungs clear, and help me breathe again without any restrictions. Fidel is much more than just a massage therapist.. he is a miracle worker that puts art into his massage. Have you ever had a massage therapist that you felt like they had 5 hands at one time? If not, that's Fidel!!! He will make whatever pain you are having go away! Every time I go to him he asks me how I want to feel after the session and I tell him "I want to feel like I'm on cloud 9." When that session is over.... I definitely feel like I'm floating in the sky with the clouds! Definitely give him a try if you haven't yet... you won't be dissapointed!!!!

I have had a few treatments from Fidel now and will never see another massage therapist again!! He not only chats with you before your session to find out what you are looking for but he actually listens and tailors your session to you!!! I have literally walked out of his suite feeling like a million dollars!!! His yoga sessions are the best ever!! They are never the same and really are for any type yogi, beginner to advanced! He is an all around amazing person and I am so lucky to know him!!

Fidel took the time to sit down with me before our session so that he could really listen and help. I hoped that our session would help relieve some chronic muscle pain that I struggle with, but I was really surprised by the clarity brought on by releasing all that muscle tension.
